STRICTLY 7 Calendar days to return an item from our stores & website from the date you received it.
STRICTLY 14 Calendar days to exchange an item from our stores & website from the date you received it.
Orders - Extended Christmas Returns
All online & instore orders placed from December 1st 2024 is exchangeable only until January 3rd 2025.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with no damage and all associated tags/laces included in the box.
Each and every product is FULLY inspected by our specialist authentication team for any flaws before selling. After any item has been worn & tags removed, there is STRICTLY no returns accepted. Unusual cases will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

We would fully recommend sending tracked delivery for returns/ exchanges to fully ensure no parcels go missing. ( If packages are lost and sent through an un-tracked and un-secured service WE ARE NOT LIABLE.
