You have STRICTLY 7 Calendar days to return an item from our website from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the Exceed tag attached. Your item must be in the original packaging with no damage and all associated tags/laces included in the box.
Each and every product is FULLY inspected by our specialist authentication team for any flaws before selling. After any item has been worn & tags removed, there is STRICTLY no returns accepted. Unusual cases will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

We would fully recommend sending tracked delivery for returns/ exchanges to fully ensure no parcels go missing. ( If packages are lost and sent through an un-tracked and un-secured service WE ARE NOT LIABLE.
REFUNDS
Our team will notify you that we have received your returned item after inspecting the item against our returns criteria.
If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days. depending on your card issuers policies.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Clients may exchange their order for another pair in stock at Exceed within 7 days of their original order date. After this time no exchanges will be considered.
Clients may only exchange once. Continuous returns will not be accepted.
