Sourcing orders refers to our staff quickly and efficiently attaining a product desired specifically by a client.

Given the rarity of the items sourced, we too have no option to return the sourced product to our suppliers and therefore are unable in any case to accept returns on a sourced item. Unusual cases can be dealt with on a case by case basis.
