I have now been shopping with exceed for a few years and all is can say is the service is second to none. Unlike most stores there is a personal touch that is provided by Joe, Terry & David.

What is remarkable is even when you travel for work the service is still exceptional as they will call you ask would you need and send it direct to you or even drop
It off in person! Personal shopping and sourcing stock, everything is just above and beyond.

Having followed exceed footwear on social media for a while, I decided to pop into their store in Glasgow to check it out, I was blown away by the store, modern and sleek with a vast range of trainers and clothing.

The team at exceed are friendly, warm and very welcoming, and went out of their way to assist me. Providing an amazing 5* customer service, Sadly, there is not many places that’s provide this level of service these days.

These boys know the meaning of good customer service! As someone who has previously worked in customer service for almost a decade, I can confidently say they know how its done! The service is friendly and professional. They are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell, and offer advice on sizing. Anything I have ever asked has never been an issue. The experience in the shop is second to none.
