What is your return and exchanges policy if I purchase online or in-store?
In-Store & Online Returns
You have STRICTLY 7 Calendar days to return an item from our stores & website from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with no damage and all associated tags/laces included in the box.
Each and every product is FULLY inspected by our specialist authentication team for any flaws before selling. After any item has been worn & tags removed, there is STRICTLY no returns accepted. Unusual cases will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Exchanges
Clients may exchange their order for another pair in stock at Exceed within 14 days of their original order date. After this time no exchanges will be considered.
Clients may only exchange once. Continuous returns will not be accepted.

We would fully recommend sending tracked delivery for returns/ exchanges to fully ensure no parcels go missing. ( If packages are lost and sent through an un-tracked and un-secured service WE ARE NOT LIABLE.
How do Yeezy's fit?
We recommend taking half a size up from your normal shoe size in Yeezys!
If feet are still growing we recommend taking one full size up.
What size should I take in Represent?
Represent maintains a street style fit across all items.
If you prefer slim fit please take 1 size down from normal size for Hoodies, T-Shirts, Crewnecks.
If you prefer a looser fit take normal size for Hoodies, T-Shirts, Crewnecks.
All footwear fits true to size, take normal size.
